Prisoner of Dance

The first collaborative project of the school curriculum. I was grouped with 2 other animators and a dancer to combine our efforts into creating a performance. The idea was to create an animated backdrop for the dancer to dance with. We decided to go for a more grounded idea instead of abstract and had our dancer interact with our animated character who would battle her in dance and physical action. The premise of the story is to shine light on the nature of social media and entertainment in current times. Where stakes are disregarded if enjoyable and victims exploited for money.
